Quality Care Beyond Compare
Home Care
OUR HOME CARE SERVICES ARE AS INDIVIDUAL AS YOU
Our domiciliary care service recognises the different health care needs of individuals. No two people are the same, which is why we tailor every customers’ care to their personal requirements.
From providing a helping hand with routine chores around the home, to full 24/7 live-in domiciliary care, we listen to what you need, create a suggested support plan for you, and get to work.
We can also talk with family members who may have concerns about an elderly relative, and their personal care needs. Dealing with the care system can be time-consuming and frustrating but we aim to alleviate complications, making for a smooth journey of putting care in place, and giving peace of mind to the wider family.
We provide three types of care: hourly, overnight, and live-in, giving you and your family the freedom of choice to match your personal care needs.
With daily visits starting from just 30 minutes, our hourly care plans allow you to regain as much of your independence as possible, whilst remaining in your own home.

We have a flexible approach, so if your needs change over time we can adapt our care plan to suit you and give your family members the reassurance that your personal care is in professional, safe hands.

From providing companionship to assisting with personal hygiene and administering medication (excluding control drugs and injections) our hourly care services includes:
Personal hygiene and general upkeep

OVER NIGHT CARE
Overnight care can add an extra level of reassurance when needed. It may be a case of short-term post-operative care, or long-term care if your sleep is disturbed or you feel vulnerable left alone at night.
In many cases, night-time anxiety and sleep deprivation have been shown to improve when overnight care is provided.
An overnight carer will stay in your home overnight for a minimum of 8 hours and will be on hand to help if you wake in the middle of the night disorientated, needing medication or the bathroom.
An added benefit of overnight care is that the wider family members can be confident that their relative has someone on site for the morning routines of personal hygiene, preparing breakfast, and administering any prescribed medication.
OVER NIGHT CARE
There may come a time when hourly or overnight care are no longer an option, and round the clock care is required.
Live-in care is a popular choice over moving into a care home. It allows the person to remain in their own familiar surroundings, not having to part with pets, or leave long-standing friendships behind. It can also be more economical for the family, when compared to the cost of care home fees, and the emotional upheaval associated with a move.
We always do our utmost to provide the perfect match when placing a live-in carer. The needs of the client, as well as their dignity and capacity are taken into account so that we can provide stability and trust at all times.
